***Timeless Treasures requires 7-10 business days for standard orders. Unless rush fee paid.
****Please keep in mind we process orders in the order payment is received. We do not skip over customer regardless of the quantity. We respect our customers and we appreciate you. Please be mindful that we focus on quality over quantity.
****We do offer RUSH service at an additional cost.
***REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY***
When you place an order production starts once payment in full has been made. We allow you 24 hours to make any necessary changes to your order before printing. Once that time limit has exceeded no changes can be made. REFUNDS are only given if there’s an error on our part (or remakes). CANCELLATION of an order for a full refund must be done within the 24 hour window. If you cancel after the allotted time there’s a 20% cancellation fee that’s calculated based on your order total. PLEASE NOTE. Orders are invoiced via PayPal which can be paid instantly. A PayPal account IS NOT required to make payment. For those who choose to pay via Cash App, a 3% fee will be added to the total as cash app fees apply. Please note.

Any item purchased that is not to your satisfaction, Timeless Treasures will fix the problem! If the problem can't be fixed, item may be returned for refund.
